What a real agreement has to say
Who the service is for, what the app does, that training and nutrition figures are estimates, and how an account can be closed. Sign-ups are closed, so this page does not offer a trial or a price. There is no checkout here.
What this page will not invent
No governing law, no liability cap, and no company entity. Those are legal choices, not marketing copy.
Using the app in the meantime
If sign-ups are open, an account is an email and a password plus whatever the app stores after that. Access can still be held back until an operator turns it on.
