Progressive overload
Enter one previous session and see the next weight Swoledex would suggest, with the reason in one line. Nothing is saved.
How this result is calculated
This applies the app’s rules to the numbers you type for one session. It does not read your log, and it is not a study. Each step is 2.5 kg, 2 kg on a dumbbell, or 5 lb, unless you set your own. A hold keeps the weight you enter, to one decimal. Easing off never drops below one step.
Beginner, with a loaded bar, and every set hit: add one step. Intermediate or advanced, every set hit, and the best set at least two reps past the target: add one step. Every set hit without that: same weight, try to add a rep. Two misses in a row at the same weight: drop one step. No history: the weight stays empty.
